Frequently Asked Questions
What type of investment is this?
323Software is raising capital through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), a standard early-stage investment vehicle used by top startups and accelerators like Y Combinator.
What is the valuation cap and discount?
The current SAFE terms include a $7.5M pre-money valuation cap and a 20% discount. These terms provide early investors with favorable conversion rights at the next equity financing round.
What does this SAFE cover?
This investment applies to all current and future SaaS products developed under the 323Software brand. It includes full revenue participation in any new faith-based applications launched by 323Software, even if not yet announced. It does not include equity or rights to internal infrastructure projects such as Alexiom Anima, or to unrelated divisions operated by Alexiom AI.
Is there a minimum investment amount?
Yes, we are currently accepting investments starting at $10,000. Exceptions may be made for strategic angel partners.
How is this different from other Christian tech companies?
We’re focused exclusively on scalable, AI-driven SaaS tools with real subscription models and recurring revenue potential. Unlike content-focused or donation-based tools, our products are built for long-term sustainability, real impact, and investor-aligned growth.
What is the long-term vision?
We aim to become the dominant brand in faith-based AI SaaS globally. That includes building out a full suite of ministry, family, and youth-focused tools and expanding our AI infrastructure (Alexiom Core & Anima) for broader applications across the faith-tech ecosystem.
Who is leading the company?
Jay Schultz, a senior software engineer, ordained minister, and father of three. Jay has over a decade of software engineering experience and has built the Alexiom Core platform powering all 323Software products.
