Our Founder

Jay Schultz is a senior software engineer, faith-driven founder with deep biblical training, husband, and father of three. With over a decade of experience in SaaS development, enterprise consulting, and a commitment to building technology guided by scripture, Jay brings a rare blend of technical execution and purpose-driven vision to the mission of 323Software.

Jay has personally built the entire platform infrastructure and all four products — saving the company an estimated $200K–$300K in development cost. He takes a lean founder draw tied to company performance, prioritizing long-term value and investor return.
